very bad mildew smell after a much heavier than usual rainy season in kitchen of basement

Is it possible to buy a combo economical dehumidifer and air purifier? (smell is coming from relatively small area ,a crawl space we cant get to.

dehumidifier air purifier combo?

Hi,
Yes, there is a good dehumidifier and air purifier combo unit. It is the Supentown SPT SD-46T 46-Pint Dehumidifier with TiO2 and UV Light
I think it'll be great for what you need. I do not always recommend the UV light in air purifiers, but since you are fighting mold, I think the UV light to kill mold on the air purifier filter would be helpful!
You can find it at amazon.com. It gets good consumer reviews overall and I think is a pretty good price for a dehumidifier air purifier combo unit.
