carbon and hepa light still on

I have changed both the filters on my air purifier model and yet the yellow light is still on for the carbon and the hepa red light is still on and blinking How do i take it off?

Hi Justin,
That is annoying when the lights don't go off after changing the filters. I'd recommend unplugging the air purifier to help it reset. If that doesn't work, try re-installing the filters. If they don't fit just right, the sensor might not know they've been changed.

Also, your air purifier might have a switch or button that needs to be pushed to reset to let it know they've been changed? Also, doing a rain dance like thing, a "filter lights go off dance" might do the trick. These machines can be funny and you just never know what might work- ha! At least then you can have a laugh, even if it's still on and annoying.
