I have the idyllis 2.5 gallong humidifier and took it out and filled it for the season. The fill light is still on and the unit doesn't operate. Any suggestions?
Hi! I wish I could be of more help! I do not know why the Idylis humidifier water refill light would be on and it not humidifying? It seems the unit thinks it is empty, so maybe somehow water isn't getting to the ultrasonic humidifier piece to to it's job. I'd call Idylis. Just google that name and their site should come up.
